Overview of Fees

The fees for InDiGo’s consulting services are low-cost compared to that of our counterparts that provide similar services. Our fees are 30% below the current standard market rates and provide the client with the availability to retain high-quality services, but at low-costs. Our fees directly reflect the services we provide and are not commission-based. Rather, they are based on expertise, experience, and focus on the requirements of the project. Our philosophy is that quality service does not have to be expensive and it should be affordable to those who need it the most.

ICS’ fee structure is very simple. There is a standard rate for all consulting services, whether the scope of work varies in size and time. For example, our rate is the same for short-term or long-term projects. We describe short-term as any project that comes to completion in less than an eight week timeline.

What’s not included

Our rate does not include travel expenses (i.e. meetings, workshops, conferences away from client’s office, photocopying, office supplies, mailing, long distance phone calls and other administrative items related to the expenses of the project).

What’s included

Our fees include the following:

• initial meeting with the client;
• letter of agreement;
• unlimited email and telephone access;
• regular face-to-face meetings with you (depending on your needs);
• a brief interim report outlining the status of your project for every eight weeks of its duration;
• an objective and collaborative evaluation process;
• a timeline outlining the scope of work and anticipated dates for completion of your project;
• a rate break down of the task and an allocation of the number of hours per task; and
• a detailed summary of project outcomes and next steps (where relevant).
